Our client is currently seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to manage a critical and highly successful portfolio based in Southern South Australia.

As the Relationship Manager, you will you will be passionate about maintaining; developing and strengthening customer relationships as well as striving to consistently meet expectations.

Key responsibilities of this role include:
• Building relationships and managing a portfolio of multiple banking relationships
• Maintaining existing long term relationships
• Understanding the local market and providing advice based on your knowledge
• Proactively engaging with your market by talking to local businesses to understand their customer base and motivators
• Achieving set KPIs and sustaining revenue generation

This position is suited to an individual with proven business banking experience within the SME market and who is passionate about positively contributing to their clients’ well-being. You will also be capable of looking outside of the square when necessary to realise outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have:
• Strong relationship management and business development skills
• Proven SME and Agribusiness banking experience
• Proven sales background and advanced relationship management skills coupled with sound business development capability
• The ability to work effectively with individuals and groups in managing customer relationships
• Thorough understanding of business financial statements and credit analysis
