Relationship Manger - Diverse segments

We are seeking an enthusiastic, well networked and results driven candidate to join our highly regarded client as a Relationship Manager based in the western suburbs of Adelaide.

To be considered for this position, you will have experience in a credit analyst, underwriting or relationship management capacity. Given the diversity of the portfolio in question, you will have sound knowledge of a variety of segments.

To be successful in this role you will have:
• Proven experience within the Banking and Finance industry
• Previous experience in Residential, SME and Commercial banking sectors
• Strong communication, presentation and sales skills.
• Proven networking skills and experience in developing networks and building relationships with customers and clients
• Self-driven to actively seek and convert new business opportunities
• Manage key client relationships
• Due to your extensive networks (within your local community, sporting, hobby, or professional connections), you will be confident in your ability to tap into your existing networks to seek new business opportunities and referrals.

Key responsibilities of this role include:
• Ensuring that existing clients are serviced and retained whilst identifying and converting new business opportunities.
• Partnering with internal stakeholders to develop referral opportunities and develop share of wallet.
• Meeting revenue, compliance and service targets.
• Conducting loan interviews inside and outside of standard business hours
• Prospecting for new business opportunities from existing direct networks
• Managing all client interactions honestly, professionally and compliantly
• Leveraging from third party referral partners to build brand presence
• Manage new business pipeline to ensure that appropriate levels of activity are maintained
• Ensuring monthly targets are achieved
• Proactively contribute to the ongoing success of the company
