Relationship Manager - Darwin/Alice

Job Type:
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Relationship Manager to lead a profitable portfolio of Commercial clients in Northern Australia. The role offers high levels of autonomy, support and earning potential.

Focusing predominantly on exposures of up to 20M you will inherit a successful portfolio of Commercial clients to manage whilst also being tasked with identifying opportunities to develop the existing client base.

As a part of this role you will also play a key role in indigenous banking strategy.

Key responsibilities will include:
• Ensuring that existing clients are serviced and retained whilst identifying and converting new business opportunities.
• Partnering with internal stakeholders to develop referral opportunities and develop share of wallet
• Meeting revenue, compliance and service targets.
• Leading support staff
• Generating new business growth and meeting revenue, compliance and service targets.

You will also possess outstanding relationship and credit skills and proven pipeline management experience.

Other position requirements include:
• Ability to display high levels of professionalism and credibility in all business dealings
• Proven cash-flow/balance sheet lending skills
• Experience dealing with small business/commercial clients
• Leadership and delegation skills
• Demonstrated financial acumen
• A strong personal brand-name and proven ability to drive outcomes.
• Ability to leverage from your own personal brand and networks
